The fully automatic 35mm Nikon Zoom 500 camera offers users both point-and-shoot simplicity as well as the ability to apply creative techniques to their pictures. It features a 38-105mm zoom lens and a real-image viewfinder. Exposure and focus are both fully automatic, but users can select macro or infinity focus modes for enhanced creative control over their shots.
The Nikon Zoom 500 also includes a built-in flash with four modes, red-eye reduction, and an approximate 8-second recycling time. Film speed, loading, and transfer are all automatic, and midroll rewinding is possible. You can even put yourself in your own shots by activating the electronic 10-second self-timer.
