The Rokinon 8mm f/2.8 UMC Fish-Eye II lens is the second generation of this extreme angle of view optic for mirrorless cameras. Popular for special effects use where exaggerated perspective or extreme depth of field is desired, it is often utilized to produce panoramas and 360 virtual tours. It offers a 12mm focal length equivalency (12.8mm for Canon M) in the 35mm format with a 180° angle of view (167° for Canon M) and a minimum focus distance of 1'. All lens surfaces of Its 11 glass elements utilize Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) and offers two aspherical and three ED elements to minimize aberrations and create clear, high contrast and color-accurate images. The built-in petal-shaped lens hood helps to deflect stray light and protects the front element. Available lens mounts include Canon EF-M, Fujifilm X, Samsung NX, Olympus and Panasonic Micro 4/3 (MFT) Mount and Sony E.
